Fall Honey pulled in late December 2025 to offer a special small batch honey to our customers.
This wasn’t an anticipated product as we discovered capped honey (when honey is ready for processing) in the honey supers we pulled off to prepare the honey bees for winter survival.
This .8 oz jar is a great way to make sure others also get the chance to try this one a year opportunity of floral notes of Fall within the honey. Honey flavors are distinctly different depending on what is in bloom.
We can’t wait for you to try it. It’s much thicker in consistency and dark in color.
