This was a small batch, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
Come enjoy the variation of the Fall floral flavors in this batch, with a much darker and thicker consistency than our Spring or Summer offerings. We honestly didn’t anticipate this pull to be as fruitful. With deep notes of sweet, caramel and chocolate undertones, the complexity of this honey has us wowed at the comparison to earlier 2026 honey.
This honey would complement coffee, whiskey, or a glaze of balsamic, Dijon, and white wine vinegar for some roasted brussel sprouts with feta and crispy shallots. We have enjoyed it in homemade bbq sauces for baby back ribs to asian inspired peanut noddle salads with veggies. Come try a jar or a sample at the honey shop on Friday 12-5 or Saturday’s 11-6.
