Bourbon Infused Honey
Our small batch Bourbon Infused Honey is here just in time for the holidays. It’s sublime, as you will notice a little touch of Ginger and Black Peppercorns before the finish.
We recommend eating over vanilla ice cream or adding as a glaze to ham or pork chops.
Classic Bourbon Honey Glaze Recipe:
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ Cup Bourbon Honey
Melt butter, brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, add vanilla, combine honey and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool before applying as a glaze.
Make variations with fresh herbs like sage or thyme. We like to add smoked paprika or dijon mustard as well.
